Aadhila Farhath is a compassionate Consultant Psychologist at Safe Space Health & Healing, dedicated to creating an understanding space where individuals can pause, reflect, and heal at their own pace. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology and has received additional training in Counseling & Psychotherapy (CCS Academy), Islamic Counseling (Al Balagh, UK), Transactional Analysis, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Dyslexia Support.

Since 2017, Aadhila has supported individuals across all age groups in navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, addiction, trauma, grief, and personal growth. She has worked with renowned schools and organizations, and closely supports children experiencing Autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and social or language difficulties.

Drawing from approaches such as Transactional Analysis, Gestalt Therapy, CBT/REBT, SFBT, Behavior Analysis, and Psychoanalysis, Aadhila offers a warm, reflective, and collaborative therapeutic space where individuals can explore their emotions, gain clarity, and move toward meaningful change. She provides therapy in both English and Tamil.

Aadhila is a free-spirited, intuitive, flexible, and empathetic person who values deep, meaningful conversations over surface interactions. In leisure time, she enjoys playing sports, especially snooker and badminton, and finds meaningful moments in quiet reflections. She is also a creative person, and keeps herself curious to learn new skills.
