We are delighted to introduce our Trainer, Ms. Afshan T, a psychologist whose journey is rooted in genuine curiosity and a heartfelt passion for understanding the human mind.
Afshan chose psychology not as a career path but as a calling. Her deep interest in thoughts, emotions, and behaviour has shaped her life’s work, inspiring her to explore, learn, and share the science of the mind with sincerity and dedication.
She currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Psychology and also works as a freelance practicing psychologist. This unique combination allows her to bring both academic depth and real-world understanding into her therapeutic practice. Whether she is teaching a classroom of students or supporting an individual through life’s challenges, her approach remains grounded in insight, empathy, and practicality.
As a UGC NET qualified educator, Afshan excels at transforming complex theories into meaningful, relatable knowledge. At Safe Space, she aims to create a gentle, empowering environment where clients feel heard, valued, and supported.
Her work is guided by three principles: stay humble, keep learning and create positive change. These values reflect the spirit of Safe Space and the heart she brings into every session.
We are happy to have her as part of our team, walking alongside individuals as they grow, heal and rediscover themselves.
