Maryam Hameed is a counselling psychologist with a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology (spl. in counselling), she is oriented towards neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed care. She also holds a professional diploma in psychotherapies, with training across multiple therapeutic modalities, along with formal peer counselling certification. She has facilitated workshops for diverse age groups, ranging from children to working adults, covering areas such as stress management, mind–body connection, emotional regulation, skill development, and foundational understanding of neurodevelopmental perspectives.
