Payment & Cancellation & Refund Policy
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.
- First missed session – excused without charge.
- Next three missed or late-cancelled sessions – charged at 50% of the session fee.
- Any further missed or late-cancelled sessions – charged at 100% of the session fee.
- Late Arrivals – Sessions will end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee applies, regardless of the time remaining.
These policies support fairness and ensure availability for all clients.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without prior notice will be charged according to the structure above.
No-show fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation by the Client (Sessions, Workshops & Events)
We follow a non-refundable and non-transferable policy for all program, workshop, event, and service registrations.
Once payment has been made, refunds will not be issued, and registrations cannot be transferred to another individual or event.
No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by Safe Space Health And Healing
In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule an appointment or event, we will make every effort to offer an alternative date.
If no suitable alternative is available, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your bank account.
Refunds
Approved refunds (only applicable when cancellation is initiated by safe space health and healing) will be processed within 10 business days.
Please note that banks may require additional time for the refund to reflect, and processing fees or deductions may apply.
