What Is Individual Therapy?
Individual therapy is a one-on-one conversation between you and a qualified therapist, where you can openly talk about what’s going on in your life without judgment or pressure and not hear some advice you didn’t ask for.
It’s not about being “broken” or having something “wrong”.
